Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Lead to support the growth of its Trauma & Extremities division in the Western Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah. The role focuses on establishing customer relationships, achieving regional sales targets, and coordinating with tender, logistics, and marketing teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, at least 2 years of territory leadership or similar experience, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, medical or related.
• Minimum 2 years commercial experience as territory lead or similar.
• Experience in Orthopaedics industry (Trauma, Extremities, Joint Replacement, etc.).
• Proficiency in English.
• Travel percentage: 30%.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity.
• Tracking trends, competitors, developments in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager.
• Carrying out sales-related activities in line with regional targets and preparing sales reports.
• Planning, implementing and reporting customer partner visits and demos according to sales targets and customer demands.
• Evaluating requests for proposals and preparing material lists according to customer needs.
• Informing customers about purchasing methods and cooperating with tender department on procured projects.
• Keeping track of material delivery dates and informing customers.
• Carrying out delivery and installation of materials and providing post-sales user training.
• Bringing customer bills to accrual stage and following up with Finance for on-time collections.
• Communicating customer feedback to Quality Management and applying necessary actions.
• Preparing Congress Demo materials and delivering to storehouse sterilized and intact.
• Communicating scientific support requests to marketing and supporting the process.
• Providing support to logistics team when needed.

What you will do

• Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity
• Tracking trends competitors developments in specific products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager
• Carrying out the sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets determined in line with the company s strategies and sales targets and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager
• Planning implementing and reporting customer partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands
• Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs
• Informing customers about purchasing methods tender intermediate purchase leasing external purchase etc and cooperating with the tender department in the projects decided to be procured and supporting the completion and reporting of the projects
• Keeping track of material delivery dates in their area of responsibility and informing customers
• Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials providing post-sales user training for product portfolio and attending the surgery cases
• Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up the collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure that the collections are made at given due dates
• Communicating customer feedback complaint to the Quality Management Representative and Manager evaluating the feedback in their own area of responsibility taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons
• Preparing the Congress Demo materials using them appropriately and delivering the materials to the storehouse in a sterilized and non-damaged condition
• Communicating scientific support requests amp plans to the marketing department in the regions where they work and supporting the process
• Providing support to the logistics team when needed

Required
