Job summary

Stryker in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Territory Lead to grow our Trauma & Extremities business in the Central Region. This field-based role focuses on building relationships, achieving regional sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver patient-focused solutions.

You will travel up to 80% to meet customers, present demos, manage tenders, and ensure timely delivery and post-sale support. English proficiency is required, and a background in orthopaedics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, medical or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as territory lead or similar.
• Experience in Orthopaedics industry (Trauma, Spine, Joint Replacement, etc.).
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers in the territory and maintain continuity.
• Track trends, competitors, product developments, and regulatory changes; report to the manager.
• Carry out sales activities to meet regional targets and prepare sales reports.
• Plan, execute and report customer/partner visits and product demos in line with targets.
