Job summary

Stryker Group in Jeddah is seeking a Territory Lead to drive growth in the Trauma & Extremities portfolio for the Western Region of KSA. You will establish customer relationships, track market trends, and manage end-to-end sales activities including visits, demos, tenders, and post-sale support.

The role requires at least 2 years of commercial territory leadership experience and a background in orthopaedics, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related.
Minimum 2 years commercial experience as territory lead or similar.
Experience in Orthopaedics industry (Trauma, Extremities, Joint Replacement, etc.).
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintain continuity.
Track trends, competitors, developments in specific products and legal regulations and report to manager.
Lead sales activities to meet regional targets and prepare required sales reports.
Plan, implement and report customer/partner visits and demos aligned with targets.
Evaluate RFPs and prepare materials accordingly to customer needs.
Inform customers about purchasing methods and collaborate with tender dept. on procured projects.
Monitor material delivery dates and inform customers as needed.
Oversee delivery/installation and post-sales training, including surgery cases.
