Job summary

ZAGHAMI GROUP in Saudi Arabia offers a Technical Sales Development Program for fresh graduates. You will participate in market research, lead generation, and client engagement, while shadowing senior Technical Sales Engineers in meetings, briefs, and proposals.

Within 12–18 months, you will be prepared to manage your own accounts as a Technical Sales Specialist / Engineer, with onboarding through product training, CRM mastery, and hands-on experience with major energy and industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a technical sales context.
• Excellent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn technical subjects.

Responsibilities

• Support market research, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Assist in technical briefings, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
