Ghobash Group in Al Khobar is launching the KSA Graduate Development Program. The Graduate Trainee role provides practical exposure across Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Service Delivery through rotational assignments.

Fresh graduates with a business/engineering/IT background will participate in structured training, supporting day-to-day operations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• 0–1 year of work experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured on-the-job training across assigned departments as part of a rotational development plan.
• Support day-to-day business operations including coordination, reporting, and administrative activities.
• Assist team members in executing sales, service, or project-related tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation for departmental activities.
• Prepare basic reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Attend all assigned learning sessions, workshops, and development activities.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
