Eaton Corporation in Riyadh, KSA invites you to join the Commercial Leadership Graduate Program as a Technical Sales Engineer. Over three years, you rotate through three twelve-month assignments across key growth areas, working with partners and customers to drive technical sales and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field by Aug 2026; master's preferred.
• Work/internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Start as Technical Sales Engineer in Riyadh, selling our product portfolio to partners and customers.
• Participate in three 12-month rotations across growth areas to gain cross-functional exposure.
• Engage in commercial activities including quotation engineering, technical support, and field sales/marketing.
• Benefit from international exposure with opportunities to work in at least two countries during the program.
