Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, with hands-on recruitment preferred.
• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow HR policies and SOPs to ensure compliant operations.
• Carry out day-to-day HR activities per established standards.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including postings and sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and ATS updates; prepare hiring status reports.
• Assist in recruitment documentation and onboarding requirements.
• Collect and consolidate employee data into HR reports for compliance.
• Coordinate HR projects, events, and related logistics.
• Provide HR services and support to employees and handle inquiries.
• Prepare HR documents and departmental correspondence.
• Support other HR functions and admin activities.
