Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 3-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Familiar with ATS and HR software.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia employment laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, social media, universities and agencies.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Prepare offers, contracts and pre-employment documentation.
• Ensure onboarding readiness including system registration and medical insurance.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, databases and HRDF registration.
