Responsibilities

• Leads formulation and implementation of HR department plans to align with Dallah’s objectives.
• Develops HR policies and ensures compliance with procedural/legislative requirements.
• Manages day-to-day HR department operations to achieve high performance.
• Prepares and monitors the HR unit budget and ensures activities stay within budget.
• Sets targets, develops staff, and drives performance.
• Resolves escalated issues to minimize workflow disruptions.
• Oversees delivery of HR services to internal customers and maintains employee satisfaction.
• Reviews memos and emails for clear communication with stakeholders.
• Leads HR services delivery (training, manpower planning, recruitment, policy updates).
• Counsels line managers on personnel issues to improve business outcomes.
• Leads Talent Acquisition & Management: recruitment, interviewing, onboarding.
• Shapes Strategic Planning with senior leadership to align HR with business goals.
• Handles Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution and maintains a positive work environment.
• Ensures Compliance and Risk Management with local/state/federal laws.
