Job summary

BAMCO in Jeddah is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage daily stock, orders, and replenishment on site. You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to keep product availability high and delivery on time.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and hands-on ERP/Excel proficiency, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail/distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
• Analytical skills to interpret stock data, identify trends, and support decisions.
• Experience coordinating stock, orders, and logistics to maintain availability.
• Proficiency with MS Excel or similar tools and basic ERP or inventory systems.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; experience in retail/distribution.
• On-site work in Jeddah with ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including tracking orders and monitoring stock levels.
• Ensure timely replenishment and manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and delivery confirmations.
• Update systems and prepare basic reports on stock movement.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations to resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain processes to maintain product availability and service quality.

Role Description The Supply Chain Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah. This role is responsible for coordinating daily supply chain activities, including tracking orders, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. The coordinator will work with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and delivery confirmations. Responsibilities include updating systems and records, preparing basic reports and analyses on stock movement, and helping resolve delivery or quality issues in collaboration with customer service and operations. The role supports continuous improvement in supply chain processes to maintain product availability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management and Inventory Management skills to coordinate stock levels, order flows, and logistics activities.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with MS Excel or similar tools, basic ERP or inventory systems, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should ideally have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, along with experience in retail, distribution, or FMCG environments.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site in Jiddah, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
