Qualificações

• Proficient in SAP or Oracle inventory management software.
• Familiar with Saudi Building Code SBC and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Monitor inventory levels using management systems to prevent shortages/overstock.

• Maintain accurate stock movement records (receipts, issues, returns).
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Enforce safety and quality standards for material handling.
• Ensure compliance with SBC and other regulations for material storage.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to forecast material needs.
• Supervise loading/unloading to ensure proper handling.
• Maintain regulatory documentation including GOSI and safety standards.
• Report damaged materials and coordinate with suppliers for replacements.

About the Role

BEC Arabia is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our Inventory Department in Khobar . As a Storekeeper you will play a pivotal role in managing the storage distribution and tracking of construction materials and supplies essential for our large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects This position is integral to ensuring that all materials are available and accounted for to meet project timelines and quality standards You will work closely with procurement project managers and site teams to maintain accurate inventory records oversee stock levels and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to BEC Arabia s mission of delivering world-class projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 . Key Responsibilities

Receive inspect and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes

Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure materials are easily accessible and stored safely

Monitor and track inventory levels using inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstocking

Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites

Prepare and maintain accurate records of stock movements including receipts issues and returns

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy

Implement and enforce safety and quality standards for material handling and storage

Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code SBC and other relevant regulations for material storage

Collaborate with site supervisors to forecast material requirements and plan inventory accordingly

Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure proper handling of materials

Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance including GOSI and safety standards

Report damaged or defective materials and coordinate with suppliers for replacements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferable a Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry

Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle or similar tools

Strong knowledge of material handling and storage best practices

Familiarity with Saudi Building Code SBC and other relevant regulations

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management (e.g. APICS, CIPS)

Experience working on mega-projects or in the construction industry

Knowledge of green building standards such as LEED or Mostadam

Familiarity with ERP systems used in the construction sector

Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective communication

Working Conditions

Based in Khobar with occasional travel to project sites within the region

Work environment includes warehouse settings and construction sites requiring adherence to PPE and safety protocols

Standard working hours with occasional overtime based on project needs

Exposure to hot and humid climates typical of the Gulf region
