Job summary

Samara is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily activities, inventory accuracy, and distribution of materials in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating receipt, storage, and shipment processes, while maintaining precise records and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–4 years of experience, and strong bilingual communication in Arabic and English.

Job Purpose

Oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, inventory, and distribution of materials and tools.

Accountabilities

• Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy.


• Ensures that an accurate inventory record is maintained in accordance with established procedures.


• Ensures orderly storage of incoming shipments; maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations.


• Communicates results of inventory reviews to manager; collaborates with manager to schedule future shipments.


• Delegates fulfillment of customer orders to staff; maintains inventory database when orders are fulfilled.


• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area


• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy


• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices


• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
