Job summary

The Arab Lens is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and cost efficiency across the supply chain.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of supply chain experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 2–4 years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain and logistics activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams.
• Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and records.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
• Support supplier communication and performance monitoring.
• Prepare operational reports and inventory updates.
• Assist with demand planning and forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
