GRG Banking is seeking an entry‑level Supply Chain Planner in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to support day‑to‑day operations ensuring product availability across GCC markets. The role offers hands‑on exposure to supply execution, shipment tracking and inventory accuracy in a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 0–1 year of experience and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English is required, with familiarity in ERP or planning tools being a plus.

• 0–1 year of experience; internships or co‑op experience beneficial.
• Proficient Excel skills and interest in supply chain operations.
• Strong communication abilities and eagerness to learn in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Convert demand signals into supply requirements and track replenishment with global factories and hubs.
• Monitor stock levels daily and support actions to address shortages or ageing stock.
• Track international shipments and coordinate with logistics partners on delays and ETAs.
• Review inventory status, flag slow‑moving or near‑expiry stock, and support write‑offs.
• Serve as cross‑functional contact for distributors, sales and customer service on availability and risks.
• Maintain data in ERP and planning systems and prepare basic operational reports.

An organisation in the FMCG sector is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to support day-to-day operational activities that ensure product availability across GCC markets. This entry-level role offers hands‑on exposure to core FMCG supply chain operations, including supply execution, shipment tracking, and inventory accuracy.

Please note that this role is open to Saudi Nationals only.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Support supply planning by converting demand signals into supply requirements and tracking replenishment with global factories and hubs.
• Monitor stock levels daily and support corrective actions to address shortages, delays, or ageing stock.
• Track international shipments and coordinate with logistics partners on delays, documentation, and ETAs.
• Review inventory status, flag slow‑moving or near‑expiry stock, and support clearance and write‑off documentation.
• Act as a cross‑functional support contact for distributors, sales, and customer service teams on availability and risks.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and planning systems and prepare basic operational reports.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience; internships or co‑op experience is beneficial.
• Good Excel skills with a strong interest in supply chain operations.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English required.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ERP or planning tools.
