Job summary

Simple Bread Co. in Riyadh invites applications for a Procurement & Logistics Manager role. The on-site position leads end-to-end sourcing and logistics to support bakery operations nationwide.

You will negotiate supplier contracts, monitor performance, and coordinate with production, finance and quality teams to ensure cost-effective procurement, inventory control and timely delivery. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• ERP systems and procurement tools experience; strong Excel and data analysis skills.

• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, evaluating and selecting suppliers.

• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Role Description

The Procurement & Logistic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and operational materials. The manager plans and coordinates logistics activities such as inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Daily responsibilities include negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining accurate procurement and logistics records. The role collaborates closely with production, finance, and quality teams to align purchasing and logistics decisions with business needs, food safety standards, and budget goals.

• Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and Supply Management to build and maintain a reliable vendor network.
• Proficiency in Procurement and Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and logistics coordination to support efficient production and distribution.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and basic cost analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in food, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to use ERP systems and procurement tools; strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
