Job summary

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in Saudi Arabia is seeking to strengthen its Human Capital functions. The role focuses on updating organizational structure, job descriptions, and competency frameworks, while driving workforce planning, budget governance, and HRIS integrity across the organization.

The candidate will lead essential HC initiatives, collaborate with Finance and IT, and guide junior staff through policy-compliant processes, ensuring timely delivery of manpower plans and dashboard

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong data analytics and human capital competencies across strategy, governance, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Review and update organizational structure by creating value chains for levels N3 and below.
• Create and update functional descriptions and job title framework.
• Review and update JFs and JDs, competencies alignment with structure.
• Identify and update job tracks continuously; define activities for manpower tools.
• Conduct workforce planning workshops and finalize the workforce plan.
• Process vacancies, transfers, amendments, reports to update workforce plans.
• Gather and review HR budgets; negotiate and finalize budgets with stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards to monitor approved HC budgets and compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy; coordinate with IT for system functionality.
