Job summary

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in Riyadh is seeking experienced HR professionals to lead organizational design, workforce planning and budget documentation. You will develop JFs/JDs, update competencies, and implement workforce plans to support strategic HR objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or Business Administration with at least 4 years of relevant experience, and strong analytics, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong data analytics skills and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop organizational structure and job descriptions.
• Create and update functional descriptions and job title framework.
• Review JFs and JDs, competencies, and update frameworks.
• Define workforce activities and develop manpower tools.
• Prepare HC budgets and dashboards to monitor utilization.
