Job summary

Crystel in Jeddah seeks an experienced Sales Account Manager to foster growth across government, retail, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors. You will develop key accounts, visit clients, and tailor hardware and software solutions to meet business needs.

The role requires 2–4 years in technology sales, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. Frequent travel within KSA and face-to-face meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within technology.
• Proven experience selling hardware, software, IT solutions, or technology-related products and services.
• Strong B2B sales and account management with a track record of targets.
• Willing to travel for field visits across locations within KSA and frequent client meetings.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outdoor sales and networking.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client needs.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technology solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure follow-up.
