You will partner with senior leadership to align hiring plans with business goals and proactively build talent pipelines for current openings and future needs. The role requires direct hiring experience in Saudi Arabia, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a dynamic, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct hiring across Saudi Arabia.
• Experience recruiting Sales and working with senior management.
• Ability to run projects in a matrix environment.
• Experience with headhunting, search, ads, referrals, and databases.
• English fluency and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and related roles in Saudi Arabia.
• Partner with senior leaders to align hiring plans with business strategy.
• Build talent pipelines and manage job descriptions and candidate assessments.
• Coach managers on policies, processes, and interview techniques.
• Coordinate feedback and offers with candidates and hiring teams.
