CrowdStrike is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and related roles across Saudi Arabia. You will work with senior management to align hiring plans and build strong talent pipelines while managing multiple vacancies in a fast-growing tech environment.

We value expert sourcing, direct-hire methods, and strategic advisory to managers on policy, processes, and selection tools, leveraging Workday to deliver high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct hiring across Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in software/vendor or technology business recruitment.
• Recruiting Sales experience.
• Experience running projects in a matrix environment.
• Extensive direct hiring methods: headhunting, search, ads, referrals.
• Experience supporting multiple Senior Executives.
• Understanding recruitment methods and selection tools.
• Knowledge of HR policy, process, and legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies with tight timelines.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce plans and execute.
• Be the first point of contact for line managers on recruitment activity.
• Develop recruitment plans, job descriptions, and attraction strategies.
• Drive regional/global TA initiatives and coach managers on best practices.
• Sourcing candidates via headhunting, ads, referrals, and searches.
• Coordinate CV, interview, and offer feedback to managers and candidates.
• Maintain and optimize the ATS (Workday).
• Partner with Hiring Managers to raise quality standards for CrowdStrike.
