Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment. You will collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, attract diverse candidates, screen and interview applicants, and coordinate assessments and hiring processes.

Phases include negotiating offers, onboarding, and advising internal stakeholders on best practices while tracking metrics and market trends to enhance recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related recruitment roles.
• Experience with ATS and candidate assessment tools, and related recruitment tech.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing to build a diverse pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and fit using behavioral methods.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and manage assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with external agencies to support recruitment efforts and expand networks.
• Maintain candidate communications and provide timely updates to ensure a positive experience.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and stay updated on market trends to improve processes.
