The Arab Lens is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its recruitment capabilities and support long-term workforce strategy. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and secure qualified talent across functions.

The role requires strong sourcing using LinkedIn and major platforms, excellent interviewing and assessment skills, and solid stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn and major platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• English fluency required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments
• Meet hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill vacancies
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate technical and management interviews
• Prepare candidate evaluation reports and recommendations
• Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates
• Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and reporting metrics
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and employment legislation

The Role
