Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess fit using behavioral techniques.
• Coordinate interviews and manage assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to broaden recruitment reach.
• Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
