The specialist will support SGR's growth plans by building robust talent pipelines for our expanding operations in the Kingdom.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and will play a key role in fulfilling headcount plans for our gold refining and exploration projects. This position requires a disciplined approach to sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for critical technical and professional roles.
The role develops and executes targeted sourcing strategies for plant operators, assay chemists, and exploration geologists using LinkedIn, Bayt, and TVTC networks.
This position conducts initial screenings and coordinates technical assessments with Hiring Managers to validate candidate competency for refining and laboratory roles.
The specialist manages all interview scheduling and site visit logistics, including security clearance and HSE induction coordination for candidates visiting plant facilities.
The role ensures all hiring activities align with Nitaqat Saudization tiers and MHRSD regulations by prioritizing qualified Saudi candidates through Taqat and local partnerships.
This position prepares and extends offer letters for mid‑level and technical roles, ensuring alignment with approved salary structures and HR policies.
The specialist maintains accurate and up-to‑date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System to support workforce planning and audit requirements.
The role partners with Department Heads in Operations and Laboratory functions to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions for better candidate matching.
This position tracks and reports on key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness to identify areas for process improvement.
