Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge within a service/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities: quotations, requisitions, POs, and follow-ups.
• Maintain compliant procurement processes with company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships for timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate ICPOs and related requests.
• Provide administrative support and maintain organized records.
• Coordinate training schedules and track training progress.
