Job summary

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is seeking a dedicated Procurement Officer to support end-to-end procurement activities in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on sourcing qualified suppliers, obtaining quotations, and negotiating favorable terms while adhering to company policies and procedures.

You will also handle PO processing, supplier performance monitoring, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in procurement processes and supplier management is preferred.
• Proficiency with RFQ, quotation analysis, and PO processing.
• ERP or computerized procurement systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers.
• Prepare and issue RFQs and obtain competitive quotations.
• Review and analyze supplier quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, process, and follow up on Purchase Orders.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain professional supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Identify supplier risks and assist in alternative sourcing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill procurement requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and ERP documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide recommendations.
