Job summary

NOV, a leading energy and industrial company, seeks a Procurement Manager in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, to oversee group procurement processes and supplier networks.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, train staff, drive cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with the company QMS while expanding critical supplier alliances. Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor performance, and implement strategic procurement plans. Oil & gas sector experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or relevant field.
• 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide continual evaluation of processes to optimize resource use and equipment.
• Supervise day-to-day employee performance, training and relations.
• Maintain supplier network to support strategy at best cost and within guidelines.
• Develop procurement plans and supplier alliances; expand or consolidate base as needed.
• Reduce non-value-added time and drive lead times down with suppliers.
• Initiate procurement guidelines and ensure compliance with QMS.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and documentation.
• Forecast product mix and demand; maintain cost efficiency.
