Job summary

Almarai in Riyadh is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, and drive growth in the Foodservice/HORECA sector.

You will engage with customers, develop tailored proposals covering products and volumes, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of sales experience within the Foodservice/HORECA sector.
• Proven experience in new business development, customer acquisition, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, customer engagement, negotiation, and account acquisition.
• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
• Assess customer requirements and develop tailored proposals covering products, pricing, and sales volumes.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare accurate forecasts, and monitor performance against sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, volume, pricing, margins, and account growth, to drive commercial success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure effective customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide regular sales updates, highlighting pipeline status, business opportunities, potential risks, and recommended actions.
