Job summary

MBRF is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Executives and drive the Food Service channel across the assigned region. You will coach the team, optimize routes, and ensure strong customer relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.

You will collaborate with Trade Marketing, Finance, IT, and Logistics to deliver data-driven decisions, effective promotions, and superb customer service. English proficiency and ERP familiarity are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
3–5 years of experience in the retail/sales channel as a Sales Executive.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports.
Familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Sales Executives, coaching and training to drive performance.
Own the overall performance of the Food Service channel and achieve sales targets.
Plan and optimize sales routes; conduct regular market visits and maintain visit records.
Manage regional accounts and build strong customer relationships for growth.
Analyze sales performance, including forecasting and decisions based on insights.
Coordinate weekly promotions, price changes, and channel activities with internal teams.
Collaborate with Merchandising to improve execution and shelf share.
Monitor budgets and identify opportunities to maximize benefits at low cost.
Assess team performance and develop individual development plans.
Work with Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, Finance, IT and Logistics for effective execution.
