Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager – Partnerships to drive growth of the destination's commercial partnerships ecosystem. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial partnerships, travel trade sales, business development, or destination marketing within tourism, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
• Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, airlines, hospitality partners, or tourism organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of partnership strategy across travel trade, tourism boards, airlines, hospitality, corporate, and institutional partners.
• Develop and manage structured partnership programs with tiered models, commercial frameworks, and co-marketing.
