Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Director – Commercial Partnerships & Distribution to build and lead a high-impact partnerships and distribution ecosystem across travel trade, online/offline channels, and tourism activations in Saudi Arabia. You will shape strategies, manage high-value partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications in tourism, destination management, or commercial management (CDME or CTA) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive commercial experience in tourism or related industry.
• At least five years in a senior leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the commercial partnerships and distribution strategy aligned with Qiddiya’s objectives and Vision 2030.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, airlines, and corporate travel partners.
• Oversee partnership agreements, MOUs, and commercial contracts with regional and international partners.
• Lead the development and optimization of the B2B and B2C distribution network.
• Establish dashboards to monitor pipeline value, deal progress, and revenue against targets.
• Build and develop a team of Senior Managers, Managers, and Specialists across Partnerships and Distribution.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations, Product, Digital, and Tech to ensure compliance and delivery.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant discipline

Professional certifications in tourism, destination management, or commercial management (CDME or CTA)
