Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist – Partnerships to support the Senior Manager in executing partnership acquisition, onboarding, activation, and account management across Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners, with a strong focus on CRM governance and cross‑functional coordination.

You will lead end‑to‑end onboarding, coordinate FAM trips and travel trade events, manage partner activation metrics, and produce reports and partner‑facing collateral, while collaborating with Legal,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial partnerships or travel trade sales support.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline tracking.
• Knowledge of GCC/Saudi tourism market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain partnerships CRM and track pipeline through all stages.
• Onboard and activate partners, coordinate training and materials.
• Manage Tier 2 & 3 accounts, conduct reviews and reporting.
• Plan and coordinate FAM trips and travel trade events.
• Produce weekly reports and partner-facing content.
• Support certification program and contract documentation.
