Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director – Commercial Partnerships & Distribution to develop and manage the partnerships ecosystem and distribution network. The role drives revenue through strategic partnerships, travel trade relationships, and both online and offline distribution channels.

This leader will develop commercial agreements, manage partner relationships, and oversee channel performance while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant discipline strongly preferred.
• Certifications in tourism, destination management, or commercial management (e.g., CDME or CTA) advantageous.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive commercial experience in tourism, hospitality, destination management, travel trade, or related industry.
• At least five years in a senior leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the commercial partnerships and distribution strategy aligned with Qiddiya’s objectives and Vision 2030.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, OTA, airlines, hospitality groups, and corporate partners.
• Lead the development and optimization of Qiddiya’s B2B and B2C distribution network and manage channel pricing and inventory policies.
• Manage the commercial revenue and budget for Partnerships and Distribution; establish dashboards and pipeline governance.
• Build and develop a high-performing Partnerships and Distribution team with clear roles and development plans.
• Represent Qiddiya with government entities, tourism authorities, and industry bodies; coordinate joint campaigns and activations.
