Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Director, Commercial & Partnerships Development to lead the design and structuring of commercial and partnership arrangements aligned with priority growth opportunities.

You will coordinate with legal, finance and stakeholders across the ecosystem to build a robust partnership pipeline, govern obligations, and drive revenue growth through strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong capability in negotiation, relationship management and commercial structuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership strategy and build a prioritized pipeline across sectors.
• Engage, source, and progress priority partnership opportunities to agreement.
• Develop and structure commercial terms and contracting with legal and finance partners.
• Track partner obligations and governance, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Develop relationships across Qiddiya ecosystem and external partners.
• Coordinate brand, marketing and launch activities for partnerships.
• Contribute to revenue growth through partnerships and commercial arrangements.
