Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships.
• Serve as the primary liaison between global clients and internal teams across Jordan, Egypt, and KSA.
• Understand client objectives to provide tailored manpower and offshore development solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling our tech services.
• Proactively address client escalations or operational bottlenecks with speed and professionalism.
• Monitor account performance and service delivery metrics to sustain high retention and quality.
