Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join the Head Office team in Riyadh. The role leads daily HR operations, policy development, reporting, and KPI monitoring, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and efficient HR processes across projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, hands-on experience with Jisr HR system, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership abilities to drive organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations management, preferably in contracting.
• Experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Hands-on with Jisr HR system.
• Strong Excel skills for HR reporting.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient HR processes.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
