Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Manager (F&B) to lead all aspects of human resources in a fast-paced food and beverage operation. The role focuses on aligning HR strategy with business goals and driving a positive workplace culture.

You will manage recruitment, performance appraisals, compensation, training, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or senior HR executive.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
• People-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR; CIPD/SHRM desirable.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency advantageous.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process from sourcing to onboarding for all levels in the F&B business.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Nurture a positive working environment by managing employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes for staff development, particularly in customer service, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
