Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Riyadh invites an experienced HR Manager (F&B) to lead all HR activities within the hospitality segment. You will design and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment, performance, compensation, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Manager or HR executive.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
• People-oriented with negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage relationships at all levels of the company.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; professional HR certification desirable.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic would be advantageous.
• Proficient in HRIS.
