Job summary

IQVIA in Jeddah seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth by managing key accounts and delivering innovative digital health solutions across Saudi Arabia. You will cultivate long-term partnerships, lead complex sales cycles, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.

The role requires a track record in software sales within healthcare, strong account planning, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare/digital health sales.
Proven success in quota-carrying software sales.
Experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Strong account planning, pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Manage and grow strategic accounts in healthcare and insurance sectors.
Drive sales and market penetration for digital health products (EMR, PHM, web apps).
Build and maintain relationships with hospital, cluster and insurer decision-makers.
Act as trusted advisor, proposing tailored digital solutions.
Collaborate with technical, marketing and operations teams for delivery and satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations and business cases aligned with client objectives.
Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, contracts, post-sales follow-up.
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.
