AimGulf is seeking a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to steer commercial strategy and deliver sustainable, high-margin revenue growth across technology services in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the CEO, the CCO will own business development, sales pipeline, partnerships, and client retention, guiding pricing models and contract negotiations to maximize profitability and market share. A 12+ year track record in technology or tech-enabled environments is required.

Formación

• Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics and regulatory context.
• Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Experience in pricing strategy and competitive bidding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement end-to-end commercial strategies to hit target revenues and profitability.
• Lead business development, enterprise sales, and key account management.
• Drive pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and KPI tracking for margin preservation.
• Collaborate with CEO, Board, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align targets with governance.
