Job summary

The Aroma City Group client is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer in Riyadh to lead the company's commercial strategy and drive sustainable, high-margin revenue growth. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end commercial strategies to drive revenues, maximize profitability, and expand market share.
Lead strategic business development, client acquisition, enterprise account management, and high-value tender negotiations.
Establish robust KPIs, pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and pricing models to safeguard cash flow and margin health.
Partner with the CEO, Board, and cross-functional leadership to align commercial targets with governance and budget frameworks.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial team focused on accountability and performance.
Ensure all commercial activities, client contracts, and vendor agreements adhere to Saudi regulatory standards and governance guidelines.
