Job summary

Ultimate Peaks in Riyadh is appointing a Chief Commercial Officer to own the commercial agenda end to end, restore profitable growth, and build a modern Saudi commercial organisation ahead of the group’s next growth phase.

Reports to the CEO and sits on the executive leadership team. Location: Riyadh, with a Kingdom-wide remit. Arabic and English required; Saudi nationals strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with P&L ownership and track record of profitable revenue growth.
• Experience in logistics, courier/express, supply chain, or large B2B service sectors.
• Strong leadership of multi-region commercial teams and Saudization delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial P&L, revenue, margin, and profitable new business across corporate, national/industry, and regional sales.
• Restore growth and rebuild the commercial engine: structure, account coverage, targets, and performance discipline.
• Lead sales, marketing, pricing and customer experience as one aligned function.
• Own key-account and government/giga-project relationships at the most senior level.
• Drive Saudization of the commercial front line and build Saudi leadership pipeline.
• Rebuild incentive and pricing-governance framework for profitable growth.
• Partner with operations and technology to turn strategy into delivered value.

The mandate , what success looks like

• Own the commercial P&L, revenue, margin, and profitable new business across corporate, national / industry, and regional sales.

The person we are looking for

• A proven senior commercial leader (CCO / VP Commercial / Commercial Director) inlogistics, courier / express, supply chain, or a comparable large B2B service sector.
• DemonstratedP&L ownershipand a track record ofprofitable revenue growth and commercial turnaround.
• DeepSaudi / GCC marketknowledge, with established key-account andgovernment / giga-project relationships.
• A strong leader ofscaled, multi-region commercial teams, with provenSaudization delivery.
• Commercial and financial acumen (pricing, margin, deal governance) and the stakeholder skill to drive change in a transforming organisation.
• Arabic and English.Saudi nationals and Saudi-market-proven leaders strongly preferred.
