Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is representing a leading logistics and express delivery group in Saudi Arabia. They are appointing a Chief Commercial Officer to own the commercial agenda end-to-end, restore profitable growth, and build a modern, high-performing Saudi commercial organization ahead of the group’s next scale phase.

The role reports to the CEO and will manage a multi-region commercial function, with strong emphasis on Saudization and executive-level government and key-account

Qualificações

• Senior commercial leader with experience in logistics, courier/express, or large B2B services.
• Proven track record of profitable revenue growth and commercial turnaround.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi/GCC market and government/giga-project relations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commercial P&L, revenue, margin, and profitable new business across corporate, national/industry, and regional sales.
• Restore growth and rebuild the commercial engine, structure, account coverage, targets, and performance discipline.
• Lead sales, marketing, pricing and customer experience as a single aligned function.
• Own key-account and government/giga-project relationships at senior levels.
• Drive Saudization of the commercial front line and leadership pipeline.

They are appointing a Chief Commercial Officer to own the commercial agenda end to end, restore profitable growth, and build a modern, high-performing and increasingly Saudi commercial organisation ahead of the group's next stage of scale.

The Mandate , What Success Looks Like

• Own the commercial P&L , revenue, margin, and profitable new business across corporate, national / industry, and regional sales
• Restore growth and rebuild the commercial engine , structure, account coverage, targets, and performance discipline
• Lead sales, marketing, pricing and customer experience as one aligned commercial function
• Own key-account and government / giga-project relationships at the most senior level
• Drive Saudization of the commercial front line and build the Saudi commercial-leadership pipeline
• Rebuild the incentive and pricing-governance framework , rewarding profitable new business, simple, timely, and well governed
• Partner with operations and technology to turn commercial strategy into delivered service and customer value
  

Requirements

The person we are looking for

• A proven senior commercial leader (CCO / VP Commercial / Commercial Director) in logistics, courier / express, supply chain, or a comparable large B2B service sector
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and a track record of profitable revenue growth and commercial turnaround
• Deep Saudi / GCC market knowledge, with established key-account and government / giga-project relationships
• A strong leader of scaled, multi-region commercial teams, with proven Saudization delivery
• Commercial and financial acumen (pricing, margin, deal governance) and the stakeholder skill to drive change in a transforming organisation
