Job summary

Security Zoom is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive outbound prospecting and new logo acquisitions across UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX. You will leverage data-driven territory plans, engage senior stakeholders, and negotiate multi-year agreements to maximize value.

In this role, you will focus on optimizing pipeline, driving product adoption, and delivering ROI-focused presentations and quarterly business reviews to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven Account Executive experience across UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX.
• Expert in outbound prospecting and new logo acquisition.
• Ability to build data-driven territory plans using consumption trends.
• Knowledge of Cloud Economics including CAPEX vs OPEX and TCO models.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools; able to forecast and manage deals.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Orchestrating data-driven territory plans to prioritize high-propensity accounts.
• Executing hybrid prospecting strategies with social selling and direct outreach.
• Driving product consumption and adoption by identifying unused entitlements.
• Engaging C-Level and VP-level decision-makers to align solutions with business goals.
• Negotiating multi-year commercial agreements to minimize churn.
• Creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and quarterly reviews.
