Job summary

SITE سايت is seeking a seasoned Customer Engagement leader to own the strategy and annual targets for public and private cloud portfolios. You will partner with Solution Excellence and Products Management to accelerate new-logo acquisition and grow the pipeline.

You will serve as the senior liaison between Cloud Services, Solutions, and Commercial leadership, defining value messaging, KPIs, and revenue targets while building strategic client relationships for retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 10+ years in customer engagement, cloud solutions or related field.
• Sales/Account Management certification preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Strategic Planning, Revenue Enablement, Client Relationship Management, Cross-functional Leadership, Sales Funnel Management.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer engagement strategy and annual targets for public and private sector portfolios.
• Act as senior liaison between Cloud Services, Solutions, and Commercial leadership on new-logo strategy.
• Drive revenue enablement and Lead-to-Cash pipeline acceleration for new-logo accounts.
• Oversee value messaging across cloud offerings.
• Define and monitor engagement KPIs, annual revenue targets, and growth outcomes.
• Build strategic relationships with key clients to support retention and expansion.
• Provide senior leadership with engagement KPI and revenue performance reports.
