Ericsson in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Change Manager to govern and coordinate changes across customer networks, infrastructure, and services. The role emphasizes risk assessment, approvals, scheduling, and execution governance, with CAB responsibilities and continuous improvement to minimize incidents.

You will join a cross-functional team, ensuring CMDB updates and service continuity while maintaining compliance with established processes.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in telecom or related ops.
• Solid knowledge of change management processes, CRs, CABs and governance.
• Familiarity with CMDB, ITIL and ITSM concepts required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, register, and track Change Requests (CRs) with change tools.
• Assess changes based on impact, risk, and service criticality.
• Coordinate with customers, delivery teams, Field Operations, and vendors.
• Chair CAB meetings and ensure approvals and communications are clear and timely.
• Monitor execution, validate outcomes, and close CRs with proper documentation.
