Job summary

CoorB in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks an IT Change Manager to govern and facilitate Change Management across the organization. You will balance governance with agility, chair CAB/ECAB meetings, and coordinate end-to-end RFC processes to protect service stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Business Administration.
• 4–6 years in IT Service Management, with ≥2 years in Change Management.
• ITIL Foundation cert mandatory; Change Management Practitioner/Managing Professional preferred.
• Proven experience chairing CAB/ECAB and managing high‑risk changes.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or BMC Remedy.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments including infrastructure, cloud, networking, and applications.
• Ability to balance governance rigor with business agility in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader designation.
• Experience implementing Change Enablement in DevOps/CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with release management, deployment pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of ISO 20000, SOX, ISO 27001, or COBIT.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the end-to-end Change Management process per ITIL and policy.
• Chair CAB and ECAB meetings; assess risk and authorize changes.
• Review RFC submissions based on risk, impact, and resources.
• Maintain the Change Schedule and coordinate change windows.
• Assess risk and business impact; ensure mitigation and rollback plans.
• Identify conflicts and dependencies across infra, apps, and services.
• Ensure alignment with risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
• Communicate changes and impacts to stakeholders clearly.
• Act as liaison between tech teams and business units during changes.
• Produce Change Management reports and PIRs for leadership.
• Define and improve Change Management policies, processes, and templates.
• Ensure changes are documented, auditable, and compliant with governance.
• Identify and remediate unauthorized changes (CWA) and enforce adherence.
• Collaborate with Incident/Problem Management to address change-related incidents.
• Administer and optimize Change Management module in ITSM platforms.
• Produce KPI dashboards, trend analysis, and SLA reports for senior management.
• Drive automation and adoption of standard change models to improve agility.
