Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Business Development Manager for our Riyadh client to capitalize on local and regional opportunities in transportation, infrastructure, railroads, power, and oil & gas. You will secure new clientele and projects while nurturing existing relationships by ensuring project deliveries.

You will lead market development, initiate tender processes, and coordinate with tendering and contracts teams to price competitively and fulfill client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience required

Responsibilities

• Pinpoint potential leads and prospective clients in alignment with the company’s objectives and growth directions
• Develop client pipelines, leverage regional opportunities to close deals and grow market share
• Initiate tendering requests for identified opportunities and forward for approvals
• Compile project presentations and documentation to estimate financial figures and contingencies
• Ensure client prerequisites including safety and quality plans are in place to start tendering
• Ensure financial documents are accurate and readily available for tendering team
• Facilitate meetings with the tendering team to communicate project specifics
• Liaise with Contracts to mitigate risks and address issues promptly
• Attend client meetings to address tendering issues and resolutions
• Analyze market conditions to gain competitive edge and guide pricing
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report issues for corrective action
• Maintain connections with partners to meet client requirements
• Recommend consultants with relevant project experience to the tendering team
• Attend regional/local exhibitions representing the company to network and promote services
