Job summary

Flip retail in Saudi Arabia seeks a Stock/Inventory Coordinator to oversee in-transit screen acquisitions, control days on hand, and monitor E&O with pull systems, coordinating with project managers and supply managers. You will communicate shipment status to planning teams and drive best practices across stores.

The role focuses on KPI-driven improvements, supplier evaluation, and safe handling of hazardous items, with strong cross-store collaboration and planning responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Screen acquisition in-transits of all tasks and coordinate with job planning to line up tasks
• Liability of stock from issuance to intake across all shops
• Screen weekly usage rate % against supply
• Control DOH for central stores, job stores & reno-fits stores
• Evaluate people and processes against KPIs and prepare improvement plans
• Display unsafe/ chemical items in all shops and ensure disposal per process
• Improve and execute best practices across all stores
• Display in-transit shipment status and communicate to planning teams
• Control E & O Inventory with press & pull system with project managers & supply manager
• Weekly QAQC plan pre-delivery at stores & websites directly
• Screen and boost supplier performance on quantity, packaging, quality
• Accelerate support to shop in accomplishing KPI criteria
• Coverage to HOD-- Stock Manager and meet given KPI metrics
