Job summary

Al Rugaib Furniture Company is seeking an inventory control associate to manage showroom stock, receive transfers, label items, and prepare shipments from the warehouse. You will ensure accurate pricing, perform regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional systems.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping and timely responses to stock inquiries. This position offers a hands-on environment within a retail showroom and warehouse workflow in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Controlling inbound/outbound stock in the showroom.
• Receive stock transfers and label & price items.
• Receive showroom pickup items, sort and invoice.
• Prepare and send items to be delivered from the warehouse.
• Cross-match inventory between Physical, Wasp & Dynamics.
• Respond to inventory inquiries for reports and counting.
• Perform cycle counting at least one full count each quarter.
• Report discrepancies or stock violations.
• Update product prices.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• 1-Controlling inbound/outbound stock in the showroom
• a. Receive stock transfers and label & price recent received items.
• b. Receive showroom pickup items, sort and invoice.
• c. Prepare and send items to be delivered from the warehouse.
• d. Cross matching all inventory transactions between Physical, Wasp & Dynamics.
• 2-Respond to inventory inquiries for reports and counting.
• 3-Perform cycle counting continuously, with at least one full count each quarter.
• 4-Reporting any discrepancy or violation in stock.
• 5-Update product price
